Pelvic Healing Circle for Birth Workers

from $25.00

December 29th

7-8:30 pm

Join for a group facilitated grief processing circle for releasing and integrating witnessed birth trauma. This is an opportunity for us to move energy in our pelvises together— perhaps energy that built while supporting client’s in birth. If you found yourself taking home in your body an experience of violation— even if your client did not perceive trauma, then this is a unique opportunity for you to explore what of that is yours to heal. I will hold the relational container, so you have the opportunity to safely open to yourself and anything that may be needing some attunement and compassion. As birth workers, we often need to leave birth and transition to another birth, or back to our lives where we play caregiving roles as well, leaving no time for this inner-attention. Using somatic pelvic exercises, we can collectively turn inward and feel what we find.

Bring: comfort items… that could be your favorite pillow, stuffed animal, blanket, tea, socks, yoga mat. Whatever will add as extra support for you in this space.

I will provide paper/paint, and other materials for our exercises.

Where: 13743 Riverside Drive. Park on the street.

I see you. I am here to support your nourishment.
